Responsibilities:
RECEPTION- Greet and check-in/out patients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments - Computer input patient health information, daily treatment procedures - Reconcile end-of-day reports - Collect copayments and past due balances INSURANCE-Verify policy benefits, post EOB reimbursements, follow up on open bills and account balances, Reconcile patient accounts Skills:
- Previous experience working at the front desk in a medical setting is preferred - Strong computer skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Knowledge of health insurance billing/EFT reimbursements and practices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling insurance inquiries professionally If you have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
