Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract talented professionals within the real estate industry.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, including real estate agents, brokers and administrative staff.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough reference and background checks to ensure the suitability of candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers.
Build and maintain a network of industry professionals to leverage for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
Provide support in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Qualifications:
Work experience as a recruiter, preferably within the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of real estate roles and responsibilities, including sales, leasing and support functions.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment activities while maintaining attention to detail.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting recruitment goals.
Professionalism and integrity in dealing with confidential information.
